By completing your purchase, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
 

1. Event Participation
You are registering for participation in events, programs, and experiences hosted by our organization, including but not limited to in-person and virtual formats. Your registration confirms your intent to participate and your acceptance of these terms.
 

2. Media Release
You understand that event activities may be recorded, photographed, or broadcast. You grant permission for your image, likeness, voice, or any representation of your person to be used in video, audio, digital, or print materials for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes, without compensation.
 

3. Non-Refundable Payment Policy
All payments made for participation are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, payments for tickets, registration, deposits, and any associated event fees. No exceptions will be made for scheduling conflicts, travel interruptions, personal emergencies, or other circumstances.
 

4. Non-Transferability
Registrations are non-transferable. You may not assign or transfer your registration to another person or defer attendance to a future event.
 

5. Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the event without refund for behavior deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or in violation of community standards or applicable laws.
 

6. Limitation of Liability
Participation is at your own risk. We assume no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property. You agree to hold the event organizers, speakers, and affiliated parties harmless from any such claims.
